This is our Session Series, in one exact colorway: Libertad. Frosted white resin tiles marbled with bold red and blue swirls, finished with a mix of gold and silver pips — no two tiles matching — housed in a matching marbled Millennium Vault. No customizing, no build process — just a set that's ready to hit the table.
"Libertad" — a colorway inspired by the red, white, and blue shared across the American, Puerto Rican, Dominican, and Cuban flags. Whether it's your Fourth of July table or a nod to your own bandera, this set was built to carry the colors.
This is a fixed colorway within the Session Series, not a custom build — what you see in the photos is exactly what ships. The exact mix and placement of the red and blue swirl and the gold/silver pips is part of the character, so no two Libertad sets are ever quite identical, but the palette, finish, and case are locked in.
The Ambient-Cast Difference
This is our ambient-cast line. Rather than curing under pressure, every Session set sets naturally in open air. That slower, unforced process keeps the resin's raw character intact — visible texture, natural movement, and the occasional bubble aren't flaws here, they're proof of a genuinely handmade piece. It's a more relaxed process than our pressure-cast Signature line, and it's why the Session Set has a warmth and individuality all its own.
Every set still passes our strict AQ (Artisan Quality) floor inspection before it ships — checked for structural integrity, playing-face legibility, tactile safety, dimensional leveling, and aesthetic cohesion — so the character is real, but the quality is never in question.

A Short History
Dominoes traces back to China's Song Dynasty, around the 12th century, where tiles were built to mirror every possible roll of two dice — a 32-tile set with no blanks and no duplicates skipped. The game surfaced in Italy in the early 1700s, the first record of it in Europe, then spread quickly to Austria, Germany, and France. By the 1770s it had reached England, likely carried over by French prisoners of war, and settled into pub and tavern life. Along the way the set was simplified to the 28-tile double-six version most people know today, and from Europe it made its way into households across the Americas. It's also where the nickname comes from — early European sets were carved from animal bone (sometimes topped with ebony), and "bones" stuck as slang for the tiles long after most sets moved on to other materials.

More Than One Way to Play
Block and Draw are the two games most people learn first — lay tiles, match ends, don't get stuck holding a hand. From there it branches out fast. Muggins, also called All Fives, turns it into a scoring game where hitting a multiple of five on the open ends earns points. Mexican Train has each player building their own branching line off a shared center piece, with the option to jump onto anyone's train left open. Chicken Foot forces a three-way split every time a double hits the table, and won't let play continue until all three branches are covered. Texas 42 ditches the layout entirely for a bidding-and-trick format closer to a card game, and it's popular enough to be the official state domino game of Texas. We evaluate every tile for dimensional uniformity (perfectly level), clarity, cure, color suspension, and pip detailing.
Based on this inspection, our sets are categorized into two distinct collections and four precise grades:
The Vault Series
Our flagship, high-end collector sets. These dominoes are cured inside a specialized pressure chamber, compressing the resin to create a flawless, high-density, glass-like finish.
- AI (Absent of Imperfections): The ultimate standard. A perfect 50/50 score. Flawless mirror-glass finish, perfect weight, and absolute precision. This is our flagship collector's grade.
- II (Inconsequential Imperfections): Visually stunning and elite. These sets feature microscopic, naturally occurring resin character (such as a single internal bubble completely invisible to the naked eye) that in no way affects the aesthetic or gameplay.
- MI (Minimal Imperfections): A premium feel with slight handcrafted character, such as a minute surface dimple on a back edge. Highly polished, incredibly durable, and offered at a slight discount.

Every set is made to order and hand-cast here in San Diego, CA. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships — custom and pressure-cast pieces take a little longer to cure and inspect properly. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.

Care
Wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after each use. For fingerprints or stubborn marks, use a barely damp cloth with a drop of mild dish soap, then dry immediately — standing water can leave marks on the resin. Avoid alcohol, acetone, ammonia, bleach, hand sanitizer, and abrasive sponges, as harsh chemicals can dull or cloud the finish.
Please don't — direct sunlight and prolonged heat are the single biggest cause of yellowing or warping in resin over time, and it's completely avoidable with normal use. Store your set in its case when you're not playing to protect it between game nights.
